How Spray Rock Works

The Net Zero system works with all foundations.
2 – Wall Placement
The prefabricated exterior steel panels are fastened to the foundation perimeter.
3 – Interior Partitions
The steel interior panels are fastened to the foundation and aligned automatically with identified markers.
4 – Trusses
The Spray Rock Roof Truss System provides seamless integration to offer category 5 wind loads with superior strength, durabilty and speed.
5 – Cladding
The Spray Rock foam board provides a true thermal break between conductive materials using outsulation and insulation all in one assembly.
6 – Concrete Spray
The seamless monolithic concrete spray provides fortification and fire resistance.
7 – Exterior Finishes
